DOG-ASSISTED INTERVENTIONS

Training structure

18 hours of online theory: You will delve deeper into basic concepts, session planning, professional ethics and much more.
12 hours of practical training with your dog: Training adapted to acquire specific skills required in therapeutic environments.
20 hours of internships in real centers: You will have practical experiences with professionals and users in a real context.

• Tuesday, July 8: Introduction to assisted interventions, role of the dog and session design.

• Thursday, July 10 Ethical aspects, teamwork and advanced skills.

• Tuesday, July 15: Adaptation to diverse groups, management of complex situations and evaluation of interventions.

• Thursday July 17 : Consolidation of skills and maintenance of the dog's well-being.

• Tuesday, July 22: Face-to-face training of canine skills.

• Thursday 24 July: Face-to-face training of canine skills.

• Tuesday, July 29: Final exam

• Thursday, July 31: Diploma presentation

• 20 hours of IN-PRESENTIAL PRACTICES IN REAL CENTERS to be carried out from September to December 2025.
